Transfer on Death Deed or TOD - Beneficiary Deed for Individual Grantor to Seven Grantee Beneficiaries (Missouri)
This form is a Transfer on Death Deed where the grantor is an individual and the grantee beneficiries are seven individuals. This transfer is revocable by Grantor until Grantor's death and effective only upon the death of the grantor. The grantee beneficiaries must survive the Grantor or their share fails and is divided by the Grantees that survive the Grantor. This deed complies with all state statutory laws.
