Power of Attorney for sale of real estate (Louisiana)

This is an example of a special power of attorney assigned by one person to another for the purpose of executing an act of sale of real estate. A special power of attorney allows a person to give only specific powers to the person he or she appoints as an "Agent.” A special power of attorney is often used to allow the Agent to handle specific situations for someone who is unavailable or unable to do so. For example, a person may be traveling outside the state or country, or may be unable to handle a specific situation because of other commitments, or health reasons. (more...)
