Agreement for Delayed or Partial Rent Payments is an agreement between Landlord and Tenant setting out specific deadlines and conditions for delayed and/or partial rent payments by Tenant. In consideration of Landlords agreement not to terminate Tenants Lease Agreement and evict Tenant on the basis of Tenants non-payment of rent, Tenant agrees to pay rent in delayed or partial amounts, in specific adherence to a payment schedule.
